Battlehawks will not play at Energizer Park

Matt Baker of FlyOver Footy and KTRS 550 reported Monday that sources connected to St. Louis CITY SC have confirmed the St. Louis Battlehawks will not be playing games at Energizer Park.

According to the report, CITY SC and the stadium’s operators have held conversations with the United Football League regarding the Battlehawks in recent months. However, the club emphasized that any potential events hosted at Energizer Park must not disrupt stadium operations or compromise the fan and player experience for soccer.

CITY SC reiterated that soccer remains the top priority for the venue, while noting they remain open to future discussions about hosting additional events—provided those standards are met.

For now, that stance officially closes the door on the Battlehawks using Energizer Park as a home venue.
